Ans: Please Click on the enquiries link and fill up the form with your information and we will get to you shortly either by phone call or email, so as to provide you with more information and explaination of our product.

Qn3. Whats the enquiries form for?

Ans: It is to help us serve you better by getting information on a particular product which you would like to know more about. We can arrange for a meet up or explain our services over the phone to provide a more personal touch. Qn4. Wheres the Price List?

Ans: Because most of the services we offer are subjected to changes depending on the environment, current status of existing network, number of users...etc so by leaving your information with us at the enquiries form is a better way for us to serve you and provide you wit the lastest price.

Qn5. I am experiencing some problems with my Network/PC but Prominds is not my initial Systems Integrator, can I still get help from Prominds?

Ans: We at Prominds wishes to help and serve customers and give all the support we can offer. Unless there's complications from the previous Systems Integrator or if the situation is beyond our control, Prominds would gladly offer our help.
